Valentines Day Terms and Conditions

Valentines Day on 14th February is the busiest Day of the year for florists, and certain conditions will apply to make sure we can cope with all the deliveries.

❤️❤️ Our Valentine's Range are the only products available to purchase online for delivery between Tuesday, 13th February 2024 and Wednesday, 14th February 2024.

Due to the high volume of orders on Valentine's Day, we are unable to accept delivery time requests. Workplace addresses will be delivered between 9am and 4pm, residential addresses will be delivered between 8am and 5pm and schools will be delivered between 9am and 2.30pm.

We want your special gift of blooms to be delivered to your 'loved one' just as much as you do, so please ensure all details are correct including unit numbers, business names, correct spelling and that we have a phone number for the recipient. If the recipient is not home or at work and there is not a safe place to leave the gift, they will be brought back to the store to be picked up or a re-delivery service arranged for an addition cost. ❤️❤️

Flower prices do vary for Valentines Day orders due to the increased costs of our products, Flowers for delivery on 13th and 14th of February must be chosen from our Valentines Day range as these reflect the pricing and range available for those days.

Bunches Robina is owned and operated by G.C.B.C Pty Ltd by ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). Bunches Robina reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the web-site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to ensure that you have the correct delivery address, we will not give refunds for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

Order may be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched from our shop, once dispatched for delivery the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders containing alcohol, must be ordered by persons over the age of 18 years, and are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18 years, our delivery driven may ask for photographic ID. The sender of the item is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the law in this regard and absolves Bunches Robina of any responsibility in this regard.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions but some substitutions may be made due to seasonal variations and availability of certain flowers and colours, if your require exact colours or variety of flowers please give at least 2 days notice of order or contact our shop to ensure that they are available on the day. Containers are subject to availability and may be substituted. 

All prices listed include GST and are in Australia currency.

Bunches Robina will require information from you to process your order.  Please ensure details such as your name, email address and contact information are correct.

Bunches Robina are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery, alternatively leave special instructions in the comment section of what you would like done if the recipient is not home.

If there is a contact phone number on the order form, the courier may contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the gift.

If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the courier will txt the recipient with the number provided with either the store number so they can collect or information on where they have left the flowers if they are able to leave in a 'safe' location as determined by the courier.

If the courier deems the location to be a "safe" location the item will be left at the address provided. In these cases delivery will be deemed to have been made successfully. If you do not want the order left at the address please ensure this information has been provided in the special instructions field on the order form.

Additional delivery charges may apply if Bunches Robina has to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the order at the florist/courier's premise. If there has been a problem with delivery we shall contact you and advise you of the situation.

Our normal delivery hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9am-12 noon Saturday, please contact us if you require delivery outside of these hours.
